Campus Residents:

Safety

Denver Seminary is committed to providing a safe environment for all members of the campus community. We encourage all of our students to join in helping to keep our campus safe. If you see something, say something.

At Your

Service!

There may be a time when you or your family feel uncomfortable traveling across campus or navigating an outlying parking lot, especially when it gets dark earlier in the fall and winter. The Denver Seminary Security Team will be happy to safely escort anyone from one on-campus location to another on-campus location 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Call 303.783.3120 if you need assistance. We encourage you to save this number in your cell phone contacts.

Stay

Safe

We work hard to ensure the safety of our students and also want you to be aware of the inherent safety risks of living on an urban campus. Due to location, our campus is accessible to various populations of people not associated with the seminary from the Santa Fe Trail, Hudson Gardens, and Santa Fe Dr. entrances.

The security team monitors the campus hourly. However, we have had incidences where unlocked cars have had items stolen from inside, unlocked bicycles have been taken, and those from outside the seminary have walked onto campus near resident apartments and children’s play areas. In addition, wildlife such as raccoons, skunks, coyotes, and bobcats reside in the wooded areas near our campus.
