Dr. Volf is Professor of Systematic Theology at Yale University Divinity School and the founding Director of the Yale Center for Faith and Culture. His books include Allah: A Christian Response,  Free of Charge: Giving and Forgiving in a Culture Stripped of Grace, and  Exclusion and Embrace: A Theological Exploration of Identity, Otherness, and Reconciliation.

The Shannon Lectureship with Pastor Ryan Paulson

 

Ryan serves as the Lead Pastor of South Fellowship Church in Littleton. He also served as a facilitator for the Preaching Initiative at Denver Seminary and has been a featured speaker at Cannon Beach Conference Center, Mount Hermon Christian Camps, MOPS International, and World Venture.

Dan joined the Training & Mentoring team as a Mentoring Director in 2016. He spent 13 years working in churches in Oregon and Colorado, with leadership experience in youth ministry, small group ministry, preaching, teaching, mentoring, and leadership development. Dan has a passion for equipping people to carry out their personal sense of calling in doing the work of ministry both within and outside the local church.

From Diversity to Integration - Becoming a more unified body of Christ: A continued dialogue around Denver Seminary's diverse student body & the responsibility we have to take action.

Monday: Dr. Moore & Dr. Young will discuss diversity & integration approaching the discussion from biblical, institutional & personal perspectives.
 
Tuesday: Panel dialogues about the topic of race & diversity on campus and responds to pre-provided questions/comments from the student body. 

 

Conversation will continue after chapel in one of the classrooms. Lunch will be provided.
